Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Group Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in optimizing group sales and maximizing revenue. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving Revenue Growth: Contribute to the realization of station budget by increasing materialization and optimizing group sales performance.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor airline sales conditions and provide insights and recommendations to management.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Sales Optimization: Identify group segment opportunities, propose tailored solutions, and meet/exceed sales targets.
End-to-End Group Sales Management: Handle the entire group booking process from initial quotation to contract finalization and follow-up.
Allocation Management: Oversee seat allocation processes, anticipate seat releases, and monitor materialization rates to maximize efficiency.
Quality Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality services in alignment with company strategies and guidelines.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with sales executives, agents, and headquarters to streamline group sales operations.
