Qatar Airways is currently seeking a Sales Operations Officer to join their team in Paris, France. This role involves supporting the Sales Operations Manager in overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adapt standard operating procedures to align with Qatar Airways' global sales principles.
- Lead the team in activities such as reservations and ticketing, group sales, sales support, and sales administration.
- Set and implement sales plans for the team.
- Establish performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer-friendly processes.
- Oversee and supervise employees to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High School qualification or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience in reservations/ticketing, sales support, group sales, tariffs, distribution, or business analysis.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Knowledge of commercial contracts and finance-related processes.
- Understanding of airline processes and the travel industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an efficiency-oriented mindset.
- Managerial skills, including the ability to delegate, set clear directions, and manage workflow.
